New safety recommendations to be released after Schoharie limo crash

Authorities plan to release new safety recommendations on occupant protection within the next three weeks.    

Meanwhile, the NTSB tells NewsChannel 13 they're confident they'll come up with a probable cause of the crash that killed twenty people.

The operator of the limousine company, Nauman Hussain, is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
