Schenectady County to crack down on speedy drivers

 Schenectady County is cracking down on speeding drivers.    

Starting Thursday, the Schenectady County Sheriff's office will be intensifying enforcement in Duanesburg, Delanson, Mariaville and Princetown.

They will be increasing visibility on Western Turnpike and Duanesburg Road, where most of the county's speed related crashes occur.     

The enforcement plan called "Rural Enforcement Blitz" will run through August 7th.
