SCHENECTADY – Napoli Bakery has announced via social media that they will be closing their doors after more than 30 years in business this week.

In a post on Facebook, the bakery said that they were closing to spend more time with family.

“It has always been important to us to be with family and it is a value that we greatly instilled in our children,” the post reads. “So it is now time to retire and enjoy my children and grandbaby. We love you all and thank you.”

The bakery will not be making bread this week and will remain open until inventory runs out. Any cake orders that have been made will be honored.
