Limo operator's court appearance waived

The operator of the limousine company involved in the deadly Schoharie crash will not be appearing in court Tuesday.

Nauman Hussain was due to appear in court Tuesday evening, but his defense attorney says that appearance has been waived. Attorney Lee Kindlon told us this morning the "case was waived out of local court for grand jury review."

Hussain is the 28-year-old operator of Prestige Limousine. Twenty people died when limo belonging to the business crashed.

Hussain is charged with criminally negligent homicide.
