Limo company operator in court for hearing

The operator of the limousine company involved in the deadly Schoharie crash was back in court Monday.

Nauman Hussain was in Schoharie for a Huntley hearing. That's a pretrial hearing reviewing how police obtained statements from the defendant.

The court heard from state troopers and a Department of Transportation investigator.

Hussain is charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide. His trial is set to begin in March.
