The Schoharie County District Attorney requested the DNA sample from Nauman Hussain.

A state police forensics report says the DNA on a crumpled up DOT out of service sticker matches Hussain.

Prosecutors believe the sticker was removed from the limousine one month before the crash to put the vehicle back on the road.

Hussain's attorney, Lee Kindlon, says this doesn't show when or how the DNA got on there or who took the sticker off.
