Family suing country store where Schoharie limo crash happened

Another lawsuit has been filed stemming from the deadly limousine crash in Schoharie last October.

The Times Union reports the family of two bystanders who died is suing the Apple Barrel Country Store.

Brian Hough and his father-in-law James Schnurr were walking back to their SUV when they were hit and killed.

According to the paper, the lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.

Twenty people were killed in the crash.
