The identity of the driver killed in a double tractor-trailer crash last week on the Northway has been released.

State police say 61-year-old Scott Rorapaugh of Pennsylvania was killed.

Police previously said 50-year-old Everon Meadows of Springfield, Massachusetts fell asleep at the wheel near Exit 18.

His rig hit a guardrail and rolled over, blocking the right-hand lane. The cab of his truck was then hit by another tractor-trailer, driven by Rorapaugh. Both vehicles caught fire.

Meadows was able to escape.
