Shrimp Tosca

3 each Jumbo Shrimp (u-10s) 1 tbs All Purpose Flour 1 pinch Kosher Salt 1 pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper 1 tbs Italian Chopped Parsley 1 tbs Fresh Basil ½ cup White Wine ½ Lemon 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 oz Butter 2 oz Heavy Cream 1 Grilled Rustic Bread 1 Tomato Sliced 1 tbs Garlic

1. Season and flour shrimp. Add in hot pan with olive oil.

2. Turn shrimp and add garlic, wine, cream and herbs; reduce by 1/3rd.

3. Fold in butter, herbs and lemon.
