There are new charges for the man accused of killing another driver during a chase on the Northway on Thursday.

Skyler Crouse is now charged with harassment, after spitting on one of our NewsChannel 13 photographers.

It happened before he was arraigned Thursday night on several charges, including manslaughter and reckless endangerment.

The chase that ended with the deadly crash started when troopers say Crouse was going 90 miles an hour in a work zone, near Exit 19.

Troopers used a spike strip near Exit 25 to stop Crouse.

Crouse got off the exit and hit a car on the ramp, killing Joseph Turcotte.
