SNAP benefits expansion to aid low-income college students

SNAP benefits in New York are being expanded to nearly 75,000 low-income community college students, older adults and those with disabilities.

Governor Cuomo says food insecurity is a reality for many people and he believes his administration has an obligation to help those in need.
