Watervliet's narrow roads trouble for people not following snow emergency

Watervliet was digging out Tuesday as a 48-hour snow emergency began.

Bigger cities like Albany and Schenectady open up parking lots or garages to the public so people can move their cars from city streets, making it easier for plows to get through. However, they don't have that luxury in Watervliet.

When people don't follow the snow rules, it can be very difficult for snow removal crews.

See how the crews deal with the situation, by watching the video of Jacquie Slater's story.
