SCHENECTADY - Some Schenectady residents say it took much longer than it should have to get plows out in their neighborhood.

Among them, people living on side streets off Upper Union Street, plus the Woodlawn Neighborhood.

For example, some streets were still rutted late Tuesday afternoon. However, that's when some crews finally started to make their way in.

One man says he's lived in the area since 1954 and has never seen the snowplow situation so dismal.

Even Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy says he expects better results from his snowplow crews.

Hear from frustrated neighbors and the mayor, by watching the video of Dan Levy's story.
