At Spectrum, we continually evaluate our products to ensure we are bringing you superior, consistent and reliable services. We perform regular reviews of our services and as a result, on February 5, 2020, we will no longer be providing or supporting Spectrum Home Security service.

Why is Spectrum Home Security service no longer being provided?
A number of suppliers that provide the equipment and network service necessary for your system to function will be shutting down their networks or ceasing operations. As a result, effective February 5, 2020, your professionally monitored Spectrum Home Security service will be terminated. Effective with your next billing cycle, you will no longer be billed for this service.

How can I replace my Spectrum Home Security service?
We are dedicated to making this as smooth a transition as possible. This includes providing you with ample notice so that you can find another security provider if you choose to do so.

Are any other Spectrum services affected?
