No arrest yet in Troy stabbing

TROY - No arrest has been made in a Monday night stabbing in Troy.

Police say the victim is expected to recover.

Police say two men got into a fight and one stabbed the other in the abdomen and leg.

It happened on Congress Street, between 2nd and 3rd streets.

The president of the Police Benevolent Association says the city's surveillance cameras weren't working at the time.
