Authorities say the 25-year-old Breault has been charged with murder. His girlfriend, 29-year-old Ashley Bell is facing charges of hindering prosecution and tampering with evidence.

Breault's father spoke before the arraignment and said that Goss had repeatedly made threatening comments to his son and loved ones.

Police say there were disputes in the past.
