State of Emergency extended in Schenectady

SCHENECTADY - A State of Emergency in Schenectady has been extended until further notice.

A mudslide last weekend led to the demolition of two homes and a garage in the Nott Terrace area of the city.

City officials say the state of emergency will enable and facilitate the evaluation of sub-surface conditions and enable remedial action to be implemented.
