HOOSICK FALLS- New details have emerged about the on-going fight to get answers about the contaminated drinking water in Hoosick Falls.

The companies blamed for polluting the water completed a study required by the state that looks at other possible sources of clean drinking water for the village.

Saint-Gobain and Honeywell have been blamed for causing the water to be contaminated with PFOA’s, a chemical linked to causing cancer.

If you want to ask questions about this study, you can go to a meeting next Wednesday.

There are two sessions, one at 3 p.m. and the other at 7:30 p.m.

Both will be held at Hoosick High School.

The complete study can be found here.
