Five suspects charged in Schenectady credit union robbery

One day after a robbery at the Sunmark Federal Credit Union in Schenectady, police have five suspects in custody.

They tell NewsChannel 13 officers spotted three people fitting the description of the suspects in the area of First Avenue. They are 18-year-old Zacharia Etherton, 24-year-old Joshua Vasquez, and a juvenile - all from Schenectady.

Two other people have been charged with stealing a vehicle, used as the getaway car. They are 22-year-old Tyren Ivey and 38-year-old James Watkins, also of Schenectady.
