Closing arguments are underway in the trial of Alain Kaloyeros.

The founder of SUNY Polytechnic Institute is accused of bid rigging.

The prosecution claims power and the fear of losing his job led Kaloyeros to design state contracts that favored developers in Syracuse and Buffalo. Those developers are also on trial.

A defense attorney told the jury Kaloyeros acted in good faith and committed no crimes.
