May 28, 2019 01:52 PM

St Clare's retirees will have to wait a little longer to find out if the St. Clare's Corporation will be allowed to dissolve.

Attorneys for the St. Clare's Corporation and representatives from the attorney general's office as well as private attorneys were looking for reply due dates.

One of the concerns brought up by the corporation asked who should have access to all of the information and paperwork found in discovery.

Judge Versaci says he wants the proceedings to be as transparent and straightforward as possible.

Retirees are being told to contact the Albany Diocese or the bishop directly.

A few pensioners met with Bishop Scharfenberger on Tuesday morning.
