Cup chopped fresh basil

1/4 cup chopped garlic

1/2 cup minced scallions

1/2 cup diced roasted peppers

1/2 cup chopped bacon

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup either bread crumbs or powdered pork rind

2 tablespoons melted butter

Splash hot sauce

Combine all ingredients

Stuffs approximately 3 dozen clams

Bake till golden brown
