Third arrest in connection to overdose

A third person has been arraigned in connection with a deadly drug overdose.

An indictment was unsealed Monday morning against Tamale Harris. He pleaded not guilty.

Harris is the third person charged in the death of 24-year-old Keisha Richards from Fairhaven, Vermont. She died after overdosing in March.

The suspects are accused of concealing her body in an apartment in Albany and using bleach to destroy evidence.
