Valley Cats to host food drive

July 26, 2019 06:08 AM

If you're heading to the Tri-City Valley Cats game on Friday, be sure to look in your pantry first.

Fans who bring three non-perishable food items to the stadium will receive a voucher for a free ticket.

The food will be donated to the food pantries for the Capital Region, which is

a coalition of more than 60 food pantries.

The food drive is a partnership between Hannaford and the Tri-City Valley Cats.

The Valley-Cats play the Connecticut Tigers at 7 p.m.
