COPAKE - High winds caused a freightliner tractor trailer to flip over on State Route 22 in Copake on Monday. The tractor then went down an embankment.

The sheriff’s department says it happened around 9:20 a.m. just south of Weed Mine Road.

The driver was taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital for back pain.

The truck is owned by Power Pallet Inc. in Amsterdam.
