Warren County man accused of choking woman

A Warren County man is facing charges after he allegedly choked a woman until she was unconscious.

Trevor Rhodes is charged with second-degree strangulation, a felony.

Police said the victim lost consciousness briefly -- and her neck was injured when she was choked.

Rhodes was found later Sunday at the Messenger House Bar in Glens Falls and was arrested.
