Trial date for limo company operator in Schoharie crash moved to March

Almost a year to the day of the deadly limo crash in Schoharie, limo company operator Nauman Hussain was in court.

He previously pleaded not guilty to manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.

The judge on Wednesday morning moved the trial date from January 6 to March 9.

The delay is connected to evidence that the prosecutors have to turn over to Hussain's lawyers.

Twenty people died when the limo crashed - 17 passengers, the driver, and two people in the Apple Barrel parking lot.
