The judge on Wednesday morning moved the trial date from January 6 to March 9.

The delay is connected to evidence that the prosecutors have to turn over to Hussain's lawyers.

Twenty people died when the limo crashed - 17 passengers, the driver, and two people in the Apple Barrel parking lot.
