Police arrest man in connection with Troy bank robbery

Police say they caught a bank robber who hit a bank in Troy last month.    

Ricardo Fernandez is under arrest.    


Police say he robbed the Saratoga National Bank on Hoosick Street last month on September 13th.    

Police told us then that a man walked into the bank and demanded cash, did not show a weapon, but implied he had one.    

Troy police also tell us another arrest is expected soon in connection with another bank robbery last month at a key bank.
