Troy cop accused of fighting at Little League game

A Troy police officer with a history of notoriety is in the news again. Officer Dominick Comitale has been charged with second-degree harassment by North Greenbush police.

Comitale elbowed another man in the face after a Little Game Saturday night, according to police. They say Comitale and the victim had gotten into a dispute over field clean-up.

Comitale was the target of no fewer than four "excessive force" investigations related to his actions as a Troy police officer. The city had previously paid out $174,000 in settlement money because of Comitale's past actions.
