A Troy police officer with a history of notoriety is in the news again. Officer Dominick Comitale has been charged with second-degree harassment by North Greenbush police.

Comitale elbowed another man in the face after a Little Game Saturday night, according to police. They say Comitale and the victim had gotten into a dispute over field clean-up.
