TROY- The city of Troy will try again to develop One Monument Square.

That’s the property where city hall once stood.

Mayor Patrick Madden announced on Wednesday that Hoboken Brownstone Company from New Jersey has been selected as a development partner. They were one of four companies to submit proposals for the project.

Mayor Madden invites the community to meet with representatives from Hoboken Brownstone Company next Tuesday starting at 6pm.

It will held at the Arts Center of the Capital Region on River Street.
