Troy police officer suspended after North Greenbush incident

The Troy police officer accused of elbowing a man in the face at a little league game is suspended from the force. 

Troy Police tell us Dominick Comitale was suspended Tuesday with pay as a result of that incident in North Greenbush back in September. Comitale was off duty at the time.

Darren Ayotte, a man who was hit, shared Dash cam video of Comitale's arrest earlier this month and says he's going to sue the City of Troy. 

The city had previously paid out $174,000 in settlement money because of Comitale's past actions. He was investigated four times for excessive force.
