A sinkhole that opened up in Troy will cause road closures for the next several days.
The city tweeted late Monday that part of King Street would be closed through Friday as repairs continue. Crews will close the road between Federal Street and River Street. People living near there could have some water issues.
It happened around 2:15 p.m. Monday. The sinkhole is mostly on the sidewalk on the Jacob Street side. However, a tree and a light pole was taken down.
Drivers should use 6th Avenue as a detour.
