Details announced for Troy Turkey Trot

Thousands will run before bellying up to their Thanksgiving Dinner.

Details were announced Wednesday for the 70th edition of the Troy Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.

Organizers expect more than 7,000 people to participate. There's something for everyone!

There's a 5k, 10k, Turkey Walk and Grade School Mile.

The 10k kicks off first at 8 a.m.

Proceeds from this year's race goes to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York and Joseph's House and Shelter.
