Troy accepting bids for foreclosures

Troy Mayor Patrick Madden says the city is accepting bids for purchase of city-owned foreclosed properties.
A total of 57 properties are for sale.
Proposals must be sent in the mail to the office of the city assessor by Monday August 29.
Proposals can also be delivered to that office in person.
