A Clifton Park man is charged in a string of burglaries since October 4 that's left the town on edge.

Tyler Lester, 25, faces eight counts of burglary, three counts of attempted burglary, and one count of grand larceny.

Investigators say Lester would enter homes on Moe, Lapp and Grooms roads while people slept.

He was arrested early Tuesday morning when an alert sheriff's deputy who was investigating saw him walking along Moe Road.

Lester was already on parole for burglary. He's now in the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
