Vape shop hearing to take place in Bethlehem

BETHLEHEM- Some parents are up in arms after hearing about a proposal to open up a vape shop right next to an elementary school in Bethlehem.

The shop would open right near Elsmere Elementary School.

NewsChannel 13’s Subrina Dhammi spoke to Bethlehem's Town Supervisor about this, he says he is not in favor of this.

He's proposing a moratorium on all vape shops in the town until there's a decision on where these shops should open up.

He's calling for a public hearing on Wednesday night where people who live in that area can weigh in.
