Vermont's Gov. Phil Scott signed a bill that allows licensed out-of-state healthcare workers, including mental health professionals, to work in the state without a state license.

The bill also lets retired Vermont health and mental health professionals who left work less than ten years ago, to return.

A total of 293 people have tested positive in the state for coronavirus.

Thirteen people have died.
