Vermont man admits to role in deadly Albany shooting

A Vermont man admits to murdering an Albany man. Trayron Palmer, 21, pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Albany County Court on Friday.

Palmer and another man shot at a group of people sitting in front of a home on Livingston Avenue, last June.


Equan Fallen, 20, was shot in the chest and later died.

Palmer faces 23 years in prison when he's sentenced in April.
