The man accused of leading police on a chase last week on the Northway and causing a deadly crash has been indicted.

NewsChannel 13 has learned an indictment has been handed up charging Skyler Crouse with 12 counts, including manslaughter.

Police say Crouse was going 90 miles an hour in a work zone last Thursday near Exit 19 on the Northway. Troopers say he wouldn't pull over and a chase started.

Police used a spike strip near Exit 25 to try to stop Crouse.

He got off the exit at a high rate of speed and hit a car on the ramp, killing Joseph Turcotte.

Crouse was also charged with harassment for spitting on one of our photographers.
