Massive sinkhole causes road closures in Washington County

HUDSON FALLS- A massive sinkhole in Hudson Falls created road closures and detours for many residents on Tuesday night. 

The Washington County Department of Public Works says that traffic between Pine and Pearl streets will be closed until they can evaluate it on Wednesday morning. The area on Pine Street between Burgoyne and Jones Avenue is also closed.

In addition to the road closures, the Feeder Canal Bike Path will remain closed to pedestrian and cycling traffic.
