ALBANY - Roads are back open after a water main break in Albany.

The break happened Tuesday morning on Howard Street between South Pearl and Lodge Street. Water poured down the road.

The Albany Water Department quickly got to the scene to shut off the water.

The city's water commissioner said at the time there were no issues for nearby businesses.

It's still not clear what caused the break.
