We Salute You: Clarence "Murph" Morse

NewsChannel 13 salutes Clarence "Murph" Morse of Troy.

He served in Italy during World War II and received a Purple Heart when his Jeep hit a landmine and flipped over.

He was also a two-time past Commander of the DAV in Troy, volunteered his time at the Stratton Hospital in Albany – and was a retired Troy cop.

He passed away in 1994.
