Congressman-elect Antonio Delgado stopped by NewsChannel 13 Friday to talk about his agenda as he heads to Washington.  

We talked about the bruising campaign, what he says was the respectful conversation he and outgoing Congressman John Faso had on election night and the areas he wants to jump into when he takes the oath of office.
