New sexual harassment laws in place in New York state

New sexual harassment laws are now in place throughout New York State.

After getting suggestions from businesses, employees and advocates, the state came up with a plan it hopes will prevent harassment in the workplace.


Even if your company had a policy in place, it might not be enough.
