Police give all-clear after bomb threat at WNYT

The staff at WNYT-WNYA has returned to the building after the studios were evacuated Sunday morning due to a bomb threat.

The call came into the newsroom shortly before 11 a.m. Police were immediately notified and the building was evacuated.

Officers with the Menands Police Department and the Albany County Sheriff's Office responded and searched the building. The staff was allowed to return to work a short time later.

Police are continuing their investigation.
