WYNANTSKILL -- Hi-Way Recreational Bowling will close its doors this week.
Artie Hoffman has run the business since 1973. That's 47 long days and nights of dedication to his business and the customers, who have turned into friends, who have supported it.
The bowling alley was closed for six months because of the pandemics, and faced a major hit financially.
Artie said all those signs were pointing him toward retirement.
A 'goodbye party' was held Sunday.
