SCHENECTADY - The person killed in a deadly chase and crash on Thursday night in Schenectady has been identified. Investigators say he's 30-year-old Zaquan Rucker of Second Avenue in Albany.
Officers say they were trying to pull over Rucker in the area of Veeder Avenue because of a suspended registration.
Rucker crashed into the Mohawk Opportunities Building at 201 Nott Terrace, about a half-mile away.
He was pronounced dead at Ellis Hospital.
