Tedra Cobb declared winner of 21st congressional district primary

The Associated Press has declared Tedra Cobb the winner in the Democratic Primary for the 21st congressional district.

As the final results came in, Cobb had about 56 percent of the vote. Dylan Ratigan came in second with nearly 12 percent of the vote. Katie Wilson was a very close third.

Cobb was one of five Democrats are squaring off in the Democratic primary for the 21st congressional district. She will face Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik in the fall.

The 21st district covers all or parts of Fulton, Saratoga, Hamilton, Warren and Washington counties.
