Vitollo says his name did not appear on absentee ballots in the town of Amsterdam, which is where Tonko lives.

He is listed as Francis Vitollo on absentee ballots in other parts of Montgomery County.

The Board of Elections says new absentee ballots with the right name are in the mail.
