The Assembly Judiciary Committee got an update Wednesday on the investigation into various allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
The committee met publicly for about 15 minutes in a Zoom meeting, before retiring into executive session.
Lavine says the Cuomo was served a notice of retaliation back on March 15, so the governor can't retaliate against anyone who was a witness or potential witness.
Learn about how many calls have come in so far to a hotline set up as part of the investigation by watching the video of Dan Levy's story.
